For Thaddeus Kalinoski, the thought of being a celebrity impersonator had never crossed his mind before. Working as a restaurant manager, life was going to a very dark place for Thaddeus. However, this depression would soon end up a wonderful gift.
Failures
After a failed marriage and struggling at his job, Thaddeus found himself at the bottom of a deep dark hole. He gained 20 pounds and grew a beard. Quite simply, he didn’t care about his appearance anymore.
However, one trip to Walmart would change everything.
The Fateful Trip
One night, while making a trip to Walmart, Thaddeus was approached by a man asking for a picture because he mistook him for Zach Galifianakis. After the encounter, a lightbulb went off in Thaddeus’s head.
I Am Alan
Thaddeus realized in a flash of brilliance that his new disheveled appearance was a spitting image of the character Alan from The Hangover movie. He decided to test out his new look in Atlantic City, but it was his move to Vegas when everything changed.
Living La Vida Vegas!
Once Thaddeus arrived in Vegas, the gigs started to pour in. From appearances at parties to his own venues, he started to rake in the cash. Some appearances paid up to $1,000 per hour and pretty soon his life was dramatically changed.

Six Figures Per Year
As Thaddeus began to catch the attention of celebrities, including film star Bradley Cooper, his appearance demands blew up exponentially. In fact, at one point he was raking up to $250,000 a year. On top of that, booze and women soon became an integral part of the job description.
